The manager, Agnes, and all the staff were wonderful! They treated us like family the whole time we were there. The food was outstanding, the rooms very comfortable and spacious, and the main living area and pool were luxurious to us. I highly recommend this Riad. We were escorted many places we needed to go in the medina, train station, airport, etc, so even if it is a maze, we were always in good hands. Even when we became sick from something we ate on a journey to Rabat, the staff at this Riad watched over us like family and offered all forms of assistance. We felt really well cared for. We learned a lot about Morocco from the people we met there. It was fabulous!
The only minor issue was the toilet not functioning well. But the staff was quick to attend to this when asked about it.

Atmosphere of a historic local architecture, wonderful view of city from terrace, swimming pool, cuisine and arrangement of dining place. Friendly and helpful manager. Location of hotel in historical centre.
Difficult access due to maze of streets, lack of information on how to find hotel or staff to meet at point of arrival. Offer of taxi very expensive compared to other nearby hotels.

Wow the hotel deff. lives up to all the good reviews! It is right inside the Medina and the owners arrange the greates guides and they were extremly reasonable. The food there was amazing. There is a great rooftop terrace you can see everything from. its super safe and the owner meets you and escorts you to the riad. There is no sign and it would be impossible to find so youll want him to arrange your transfers. the transfers and tours were cheaper than anything I could find and they were great with no weird extra selling or visiting shopps to try and make extra cash.

The beauty of staying in a restored Riad was great. It was close to the shopping areas in the medina...a great cultural experience but also a nice quiet relaxing place at the same time!! Roof top was wonderful!! Food was fabulous!! Hosts were very helpful and made us feel like we were their presonal guests.
I hate to say I didn't like anything, but there were a few small things. The bathroom was very dark...could have used more light, and a bit larger mirror. Also, the shower had no wall, so we had to be very careful to not get everything wet while showering. I know this is a style, but maybe if there was even a short wall to keep the water in, it would be nice. Everything else was great!!

Location, the architecture was really nice, the room decoration was really nice too. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, or to make sure you will not get lost in the labyrinthic medina of Fez.
The room was a little cold, it had AC but if it's on it will be noisy. Beds are a bit uncomfortable, there's no door to the bathroom, and food wasn't amazing. But all in all it's good value for money.

Fantastic! I highly recommend this riad. The dinners are awesome, we ate there every night!!
Everything was perfect! If you go during the winter months, bring along something warm as the riad isn't heated. And I often wished I had an extra sweater to wear when we were in the room.

Olivier and Laurence, the couple who run the Riad were great hosts and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the food was the best we had in the hotels in Morocco. We wanted to extend the stay but the riad was already booked. The riad lived up to our expectations!
